Sometimes the quickest way to resolve an issue is for us to see exactly what you see. A remote support session lets a member of the Tecology team view your screen — securely, with your permission, and only for as long as the session lasts.
How a session works

We arrange it with you first
A session is always agreed by phone or email before we connect — never out of the blue.

You receive a one-time code
At the start of the session we give you a short invitation code. It works once, for that session only.

Enter the code and join
Type the code into the panel and select Join. Your browser guides you through the rest — there is nothing to install permanently.

You stay in control
You see everything we do, and you can end the session at any moment with a single click.
Don’t have a code? Report the problem first and we’ll arrange a session if one is needed.
Built around your security
Permission, every time
A session only starts when you enter the code and approve the connection. We can never connect to your device on our own.
One-time invitation codes
Each code is generated for a single session and stops working the moment the session ends.
No lasting installation
Sessions run in the browser or a temporary client that removes itself — nothing stays behind on your device.
