Can you take over a website you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with an audit and a security-hardening pass, then move it onto our own infrastructure. Most of the sites we look after, we didn’t originally build.
Where is our site hosted, and where is our data kept?
On our own self-hosted infrastructure, across data centres in every major region and powered by renewable energy — so your data can sit where your governance requires, the EU included. We handle data carefully and can talk you through the specifics for your compliance needs.
What’s your response time if something breaks?
Dedicated support on Basic (Mon–Fri, 9–5), specialist support on Premium, and 24/7 priority & emergency support on Advanced. A genuine outage is treated as urgent on every plan.
Do you handle accessibility and compliance?
Security and uptime monitoring come on every plan, with GDPR & PCI compliance checks included on Advanced. A deeper WCAG accessibility audit is available as an add-on.
